Our People
The Centre for Career Development and counselling (CCDC, formerly TPC) at IIT Patna focuses on holistic career development beyond job placements. CCDC offers career guidance, industry interactions, training, placement support, and data management. We conduct seminars, counseling, and peer groups for career exploration. CCD facilitates webinars, corporate visits, and MoUs for internships and jobs. Workshops, competitions, and skill development enhance employability. As intermediaries, we manage the placement process and ensure fairness. CCDC envisions empowering students for successful careers through guidance and opportunities. With a dedicated team, CCDC strives to create a supportive environment where students can unlock their full potential and achieve their career goals.
